Shipping and Returns

Domestic:
  • Orders are delivered via courier or via Eileen M team (Cash on Delivery Orders)
  • We offer free local delivery on orders over $50.
  • All collection item orders are dispatched within 2 to 10 working days depending on stock levels.
  • It takes 1 to 3 days from dispatch to delivery depending on your area.
  • Please note that deliveries are affected by weekends and holidays.

International:

  • Eileen M Jewellery offers shipping to a number of countries on items valued $400 and below.
  • All collection item orders are dispatched within 2 to 10 working days depending on stock levels.
  • The buyer is responsible for shipping costs to and from studio.
  • Shipping to most countries takes 10 to 21 days from dispatch to delivery with standard shipping. ( International shipping currently affected by the Covid pandemic)
  • Please note that there may be a customs charge in your home country before delivery can be completed.

Rush Orders:

We accommodate rush orders when we can but they are subject to a 25% fee if it is a busy time. Sometimes we can rush orders without a fee though, contact us to find out what is possible. 

3 Month Warranty:

We do a strict quality control on every piece that leaves the studio. We make sure that all pieces are at their best before packaging. If any Eileen M piece needs to be replaced due to a manufacturing defect or mishandling during shipping within the first 3 months, we will gladly replace it.The piece has to be returned to us in its original packaging (at the customer's expense) and we will send back a replacement (at our expense). To claim a warrant please email eileen@eileenmadzime.com.  Please note that the warranty does not cover stolen, lost or damaged jewellery or to scratches, dullness of metals or stones

Returns and exchanges: 

At Eileen M Jewellery we aim to provide the very best jewellery we can and to make our clients happy. Should you feel unhappy with a purchase you have made, then please contact us within 7 days of receiving your jewellery. We are always striving to be better so you will need to explain why you are unhappy. Once the original item has been returned we will offer you a direct exchange or credit. Returned jewellery must be in its original condition, with no scratches or damage. Please note that due to hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Resizing and Repairs:

We offer one free resizing on all rings without gemstones. Rings with gemstones are resized at a subsidised rate. Repairs are reviewed and charged on a case to case basis. If you want your jewellery adjusted please double check the new size then send the jewellery to Thando at Eileen M Jewellery,  FedEx Kwekwe. Kindly make sure that the jewellery is packed securely and protected against damage whilst shipping. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs on resized or repaired items.  

Custom Made Jewellery:

Custom made jewellery cannot be returned unless it is damaged or faulty. Bespoke jewellery is made especially for you so the order cannot be cancelled once we start manufacturing. We want you to be sure you you are getting what you want so custom orders can be edited or cancelled within the first 24 hours after the order is placed.
