Custom Made Jewellery Process

A custom made piece is one made specifically for one person with that one person in mind.

Who do we work with?

We have worked with brides and bridegrooms to be, friends, individuals, occasion keepers and mothers and daughters. We love to be a part of creating happy moments, celebrating joyous occasions or self treating!

Custom Process:

1. Contact Us

If you have not done so already contact us to get the process started. Please provide as much detail as you can about who the piece is for, the occasion, design ideas and rough budget.

2.Consultation

Once we have received your inquiry we will contact you to schedule a consultation via telephone or chat. The purpose for this consult is for us to get to know you a bit so that we can design the perfect piece. We listen to you and to what you want.

3.Design and Quote

Once we have gathered enough information we will begin designing your piece on paper. (Please note that we require a non-refundable deposit before we begin drafting your design. ) Once we have a design that we are both happy with, we will email you a quote with the price for the agreed design.

4.Perfect Piece in the making

At this point we source gemstones if they are a necessary feature (this can take a few days to a couple of weeks) and we begin crafting your piece. The manufacturing process will take anything from 1 week to 8 weeks from the time the order is confirmed with a 50% deposit depending on our wait-list and the complexity of the piece. Contact us for a more specific estimate. We will send you an update every week and process images if you want them. Once your piece is ready we will send you high res images to approve before shipping.
