Our jewellery is made in Midlands Zimbabwe.

We stock a couple of stores with different pieces and keep some pieces at our Harare pick up point. Send a message with the pieces you are interested in and we will let you know where you can see them.

If you just want to see any jewellery in general, consider visiting us at one of our Pop-Up shops. We have those every couple of months.

Yes, we do strict quality control on all our pieces and follow the same pattern and look with every piece made. So your piece will always look like the picture. Most of our clients say their pieces actually look better than the pictures. You can read what our clients say here

Kindly note though that our pieces are crafted entirely by hand and so some pieces like the Flame lily Chain are not going to be 100% identical in each exact bump and curve. They are all beautiful though.

If you are very worried about what you will be getting, we are always happy to send you a video of your particular piece when we are packing. We also strongly encourage clients to open and check orders before paying when the delivery guy arrives.

We offer free delivery on orders over $50 for Zimbabwe deliveries. If your order is below $50, shipping delivery costs $10.

International deliveries start from $20.

If your product is in stock you should receive your parcel in the next 2-7 working daysdepending on your area.

Products that are not in stock will indicate how long you have to wait in the product description under 'Processing time'

*CASH ON DELIVERY orders are hand delivered by the Eileen M team. We generally deliver to specific areas once a week. If you select cash on delivery one of us will contact you within a few days after you place your order to let you know when to expect it.

Once a package is packed for delivery you will receive a notification with shipment details via email or WhatsApp.

We accommodate rush orders for made to order pieces when we can but they are subject to a 25% fee if it is a busy time. Sometimes we can rush orders without a fee though, contact us to find out what is possible.

Fast-tracked delivery: You can upgrade to fast delivery on ready made pieces for $10. Fast delivery (Zimbabwe only) usually means next day delivery if requested before 11am. Sometimes same day deliveries are possible.

International orders differ. Contact us with your specific query.

Manufacturing Custom Orders will take anything from 1 week to 8 weeks from the time the order is confirmed with a 50% deposit depending on our wait-list and the complexity of the piece. Contact us for a more specific estimate.

Once your jewellery is ready, we will send you high res images to approve before shipping.

*If we need to source particular. gemstone for you, please be aware that this can take 1 to 5 weeks and we can only start manufacturing your piece after your stone arrives.

We keep a wide range of gemstones in stock though so more often than not we have stones ready.

We take your satisfaction very seriously, and will not risk the quality of your piece. Custom made takes time as it is made just for you. That time cannot be compressed. If we do accommodate a rushed custom order it will be because someone is working extra days. This means rushed custom orders are subject to a fee.

If you need your order by a specific date; do get in touch and we will let you know what we can do.

Yes before your order has shipped if will be delivered via Post or courier.

If it will be delivered by Eileen M team then you can change it when our delivery guy calls to confirm your availability .

Yes of course we can send it directly to them.

We can even add a handwritten note from you if you wish. Just add a note at checkout with your message. All orders came with complimentary gift wrapping too.

Yes; please refer to our shipping and return policy.

No unfortunately custom orders including personalised, engraved, special size or gemstone pieces are non-refundable. We do want you to love your order though so if your piece is damage or we made a mistake, we will work with you to fix it.

Mostly yes, the only time we can't replace an earring is if it had a special gemstone that we can't get again.

The replacement cost is usually half the price of the pair.
