Custom made projects vary depending on the time of year and the nature of the project. Generally manufacturing can take anything from 2 weeks to 10 weeks. Occasionally rush orders are possible. To get a clear idea on when you might receive your piece, place your query in the form below.

If you have not done so already use the form below to get the process started. Please provide as much detail as you can about who the piece is for, the occasion, design ideas and desired budget.

Once we have received your inquiry we will contact you to get the ball rolling in designing the perfect piece. We listen to you and to what you want.

Once we have gathered enough information we will begin designing your piece on paper. (Please note that we require a non-refundable deposit before we begin drafting your design. ) Once we have a design that we are both happy with, we will send you a quote with the price for the agreed design.

At this point we source gemstones if they are a necessary feature (this can take anything from a few days to a couple of weeks) and we begin crafting your piece. The manufacturing process will takes 2 week to 10 weeks from the time the order is confirmed with a 50% deposit depending on our wait-list and the complexity of the piece.
